In the nightmare of the night before her death, the great actress Žanka Stokić evokes her arduous and glorious artistic and dramatic personal life. Three actors, two of whom play multiple characters (including the character of B. Nušić), in Miodrag Ilić's drama illuminate an entire traumatic historical era, with the central question being the moral guilt of artists, given that every authority wants to use them for its own purposes. The work has a humorous, yet poignant and tragic plot. The project 'Žanka' is a homage to the great actress, celebrating 130 years since the birth and 70 years since the death of Žanka Stokić.
