Description

On Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the exhibition "Transpersonal Fields" by the painter Dragan Zdravković will open at the Zepter Museum, which is also his 25th solo exhibition.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalog containing a text authored by art historian Danijela Purešević. In her text, she emphasized that with his long-developed painting technique, Zdravković has provided freedom to his visions, allowing them to move freely (transpersonally) through space, time, and various materials of different consistencies.

The exhibition will feature canvases dating from 2020 to the present day.

The exhibition will be open to the public until September 8, 2024, at the Zepter Museum, Knez Mihailova 42, from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Dragan Zdravković was born in Belgrade in 1969. He graduated and obtained a master's degree from the painting department of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. He completed his doctorate at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts under the mentorship of academician Vladimir Veličković. Since 2014, he has been teaching at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade as a professor of Drawing and Painting. He represented Serbia at the 57th Venice Biennale in 2017 with the artistic project "Enklavia" (with Milena Dragičević and Vladislav Šćepanović). His works are part of several museum and foundation collections, as well as numerous private collections. He has participated in over 70 group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad and has been involved in many international workshops and projects.
