Festival Opening Ceremony

Opening Ceremony Schedule

• The opening ceremony will take place on September 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Yugoslav Film Archive.
• Prior to the opening ceremony, at 6:00 p.m., Predrag Srbljanin’s exhibition “Muzika (s)likom” will open.
• Immediately following the official proceedings, at 8:00 p.m., there will be the world premiere of the film “Gringo Paulista,” directed by Igor Lečić, about Mitra Subotić Sube, a pioneer of Yugoslav electronic music.
• Following the screening, there will be an open Q&A and discussion of the film with the film crew.
• The first day of the festival will conclude at 10:00 p.m. with a short film competition block, featuring four films: “Frankofonija,” “Za milion godina,” “Trumpet Girls,” and “Eufemia.”
