IDEAL HALF
"Ideal Half" is a hilarious comedy about four people who, each at their stage in life, in search of themselves, find themselves in unexpected situations from which they must extricate themselves as best as they can. Mother Danica (Olga Odanović) cannot accept that her son Aca (Milan Kalinić) has left home and married at the age of 38. She tries in every way to remain the center of attention. Even with the help of her personal psychotherapist Ana Marija (Anastasia Mandić), provided by her daughter-in-law, Danica cannot stop checking if her son has eaten on time. On the other hand, Aca, accustomed to great attention and obsessed with himself, runs to his personal trainer Filip (Vučić Perović) for all uncertainties to gain more self-confidence, to continue to be a man, even though he is in his 40s. The four of them, intertwining their characters, attitudes, desires, dilemmas, and fears all the time, are in search of love and their ideal opportunities and partners. By posing the question: "Is there really an 'ideal' or is it just part of our desires and dreams," the audience, through laughter, gets closer to these destinies, unusual situations, and twists. A witty, intelligent, and enjoyable comedy that will certainly not leave anyone indifferent!
