Description

On Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the exhibition 'Transpersonal Fields' by the painter Dragan Zdravkovic will open at the Zepter Museum. It is his 25th solo exhibition.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalog featuring a text authored by art historian Danijela Puresevic. In her text, she emphasized that through his long-developed painting technique, Zdravkovic has provided his visions with free (transpersonal) movement and permeability through space, time, and various consistencies of matter.

The exhibition will showcase canvases dating from 2020 to the present.

The exhibition will be open to the public until September 8, 2024, at the Zepter Museum, 42 Knez Mihailova Street, from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Dragan Zdravkovic was born in Belgrade in 1969. He graduated and obtained a master's degree from the painting department of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. He completed his doctorate at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts under the mentorship of academician Vladimir Velickovic. Since 2014, he has been teaching at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade as a professor of Drawing and Painting. He represented Serbia at the 57th Venice Biennale in 2017 with the artistic project 'Enclave' (with Milena Dragicevic and Vladislav Scepanovic). His works are held in several museum and foundation collections, as well as numerous private collections. He has exhibited in over 70 group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad and has participated in many international workshops and projects.
