Trampoline training with Master Ski Club at Skakaonica!

We are resuming trampoline training!

In the new Skakaonica hall at AVA Shopping Park starting Wednesday, June 18.

We meet at 19:10 in the center, Topličin venac street, at the store "Kod Francuza".

We get into a minibus (silver Mercedes Vito, 8 seats) and go to the hall. For those who decide to make their own way – we meet at the entrance to Skakaonica at 19:35. Training lasts 1 hour. After training, we all return to the center together.

Cost - 2500 dinars (including transportation and entrance to the trampoline center). If you have kept your trampoline socks from previous classes – bring them with you.

We perform exercises on small trampolines (2x2 m) in short intervals. We work on strengthening various muscle groups, balance, and coordination.
