Monday Blues #93: Aleksandar Đukić & Bojan Vulin & Milan Petrović

MONDAY BLUES, a series of low-noise blues concerts organized by the Belgrade Youth Center, have come a long way from its premiere in May 2017, to becoming one of the favorite summer programs for audiences of different ages in our capital city. In the year when the Belgrade Youth Center celebrates six decades of existence, the eighth season of Monday Blues will feature some familiar blues faces, as well as new collaborations and projects. This Monday, an ad hoc trio lineup will perform: Aleksandar Đukić & Bojan Vulin & Milan Petrović.

After a long break, Đukić & Vulin (the original duo that started the Monday Blues tradition in May 2017) will perform again at the Wall of the Belgrade Youth Center, this time with a dear guest, colleague Milan Petrović on keyboards. A good opportunity to refresh the material, grounded in the well-known tradition of this duo, which involves playing blues at performances while talking about blues. The audience has long recognized the sincerity and uniqueness of this approach, and it is certain that this will be the case at performances during July 2024.
