Artan Lili

The Belgrade band Artan Lili will perform on December 14th at SKCNS Fabrika, at 9 PM.

Since their first single "Johnnie" was released in November 2012, Artan Lili has unquestionably become one of the most frequently mentioned bands in the region when talking about new forces on the domestic and regional music scene.
The group has solidified over time into the now recognizable quartet: Bojan Slačala – bass and vocals, Romana Slačala – vocals and drums, Marko Benini – drums, and Ivan Skopulović – guitar.

Artan Lili is currently releasing music videos from their 3rd album in collaboration with colleagues from the scene.

The single "Rock’n’Roll After Rock’n’Roll" was created in collaboration with Zoran Kostić Cane, the frontman of the group Partibrejkers, the single "Poison" was realized with Nikola Vranjković, and the latest in the series, the single "Hardcore and Punk," was created in collaboration with Zoran Marinković.

The new songs, as well as the re-release of the already cult first two albums of the group, were released in regional cooperation by two major record labels - the Croatian Croatia Records (formerly Jugoton) and the Belgrade PGP-RTS.

Artan Lili publishes finished songs successively, via the Bandcamp platform in the form of singles. This method - single by single in modern music publishing - they consider their innovation, as nobody had done it before them. In this way, they modernize the outdated way of releasing albums. Their singles top all relevant radio and TV charts in the country and the region. The most interesting placement is the song "If We Stop Here," which immediately settled as a novelty in the first place on the Discomer Studio B list, something that had only been achieved before Artan Lili by only Bijelo Dugme, Ekatarina Velika, and the band Kal in 40 years of the list's existence.

📀 They have released two albums so far "Artan Lili" and "New Deal", and are one of the most active concert bands in the country and the region, having performed in almost every city, club, or festival.
