Jam Lab is a guided music format for people who want to learn how to play more confidently and better with others.

We don't do a classic jam session.
We teach concrete principles — listening, groove, role in the band, space, communication.
And then we apply them in playing.

The second edition is moving venues.

This time — @spratbar, Cetinjska.

And this time the sound is different.

The foundation isn't a classic band.
Ambient, modal grooves, a progressive sound that holds the space — and into which instruments naturally enter.

Through the Jam Lab session, @aleksandar.ptr will guide us through the principles of playing with such a groove — how to find your role, how to listen, how collective playing works when the foundation isn't what we're used to.

After that — the evening program and jam session.

@shibidorra and @pitomi_oblak will lead us in this part — ambient, groove, progressive, which will serve as the basis for the jam session.

Between and during sets there will be space for instrumental playing for those who want to.
