Japanese Club in Belgrade invites everyone to meet outdoors on September 27 (Sun) at 19:00 to admire the moon — Tsukimi
At the gathering we'll
- drink matcha
- talk about Japanese poetry (short lecture by the host)
- read favorite poems about the moon (optional; not necessarily Japanese)
- write our own haiku and share them
No knowledge or skills required — just interest and a relaxed mood. Everyone can write haiku!
Location and preparation
Location: the inner part of Kalemegdan; exact coordinates will be shared closer to the date (on the club channel — we'll send them by email to everyone who registers). It gets chilly in the evening — dress so you're comfortable. Optionally, you can bring something soft to sit on and snacks for a picnic. A blanket and other gear can also be brought along.
