The concert of Curses live band is postponed to May 24 due to reasons beyond our control, with a change of venue to Karmakoma. All tickets purchased for the original date will be valid for the new date.Berlin band Curses, known for their unique blend of romantic post-punk and electronic body music (E.B.M.), will perform their energetic concert at Karmakoma on May 24, 2025, as part of their European tour promoting their new album Another Heaven. The album was released on October 25 for the famous record label Italians Do It Better and includes collaborations with Marie Davidson and Skelesys, continuing to define the band's unique sound, a fusion of dark, romantic new wave music and melancholic post-punk.With a sound inspired by the melancholy of the 1980s and the DIY energy of early electronic body music, Curses combines cinematic textures with 'spiritual' guitars, striking vocals, and pulsating bass lines. They perform live as a duo - Luca Venezia on guitar and vocals and Dame Bonnet on bass - creating a visceral experience of sound and movement, infused with album material and spontaneous improvisations influenced by krautrock.
