After the large design festival The Grill, we decided to hold an intimate meetup.
We will talk about user experience, audience research, MVP, and feedback collection, emotional design, and minimizing user effort.

Who will benefit: product managers, UX designers, analysts, teams looking to increase payment completion and reduce support inquiries.

There will be 3 presentations

1. Irina Motorina: minimizing user effort to manage emotions
2. Alexey Ivanov: user experience, research, MVP, and feedback collection
3. Alexander Ustinov: emotional design and brand voice.

From 19 to 21 there will be 3 presentations and a Q&A session.
