European Heritage Days 2026 at Cultural Center Čukarica

From 21 to 25 September, Cultural Center Čukarica will host a series of free events as part of European Heritage Days 2026. The program includes exhibitions, craft workshops, and musical performances.

• Over five days two permanent venues will be open:
  • an exhibition of school reading journals 'Book Lovers'
  • morning practical knitting and handicraft sessions by Йованки Драгович-Радович (for adult audiences)
  • a children's painting workshop 'Chilim: Then and Now'
  • opening of an exhibition of student works from the Department of Textiles, Faculty of Applied Arts
  • folk dances performed by the ensemble «Десанка Ђорђевић» from Žarkovo
• Admission to all events is free.
