When we follow the body, allowing free movement to emerge from within as it is, tension, stress, restrictions, and shame dissolve. Wildness, inner freedom and the permission to be yourself, to be alive, to feel, are activated.

✨ What to expect:

• Warm-up — we release tension through gentle physical activity: feel your body, give yourself a pleasant self-massage through movement to music, and tune in to the wave of free dance!

• Ecstatic set by DJ ShivAlina — dive into the world of free dance, where rhythm inspires movement. Close your eyes and feel the impulse: how do you want to move right now?

• Musical healing — natural sounds and live flute. A small concert-meditation by shakuhachi flute master Andrej Antara. Moments of unforgettable inner silence.
