Exhibition of Zeljko Djurovic

On March 31st, an exhibition of Serbian artist Zeljko Djurovic will open at the Kolarac Art Gallery.🎨🖼

The large solo exhibition will feature works from different periods of Djurovic's career, who is one of the leading contemporary masters of fantastic art. His paintings are characterized by rich symbolism, vivid figurativeness, and complex imaginary worlds. In the artist's works, women are the central image around which a fantastic and chaotic world unfolds. He depicts cosmic nymphs, Eve, mermaids, emphasizing their independence and the power of beauty.🧜‍♀️🎨
In Zeljko's paintings, there are completely absent objects created by humans, so the viewer immerses into archetypal, irrational landscapes, into what cannot be grasped by words, only by images, and what cannot be understood by thoughts, only by feelings.✨
