In the very heart of Dorćol, on Kralja Petra Street – one of the oldest and most significant streets of old Belgrade – a special experience is born that blends art, history, emotion and creation.

Glass Fusion Experience is not a traditional workshop. It is an authentic experience of Belgrade through the art of glass, designed for everyone who wants to take home more than a photo or a souvenir — a memento they made themselves.

About the workshop

In the pleasant atmosphere of the Green Door gallery, participants will be introduced to the basics of glass fusing, a unique artistic technique in which layers of glass and color merge under high heat and transform into an unrepeatable work of art.

Under the expert guidance of artist Ana Belanović, participants will have the opportunity to hear the story of glass, light and the transformation of material through fire, learn the basics of cutting and arranging glass, use colored glass and pigments, and create their own unique piece.

Each participant creates a unique object that becomes a lasting memento of the time spent in Belgrade and Serbia.

After the workshop, the pieces go through a fusing process in a professional glass-fusing kiln, and the finished works can be picked up at the gallery within two days.
