🎺 Glen David Andrews Band (USA) back in Belgrade! + New Orleans parade through Cetinjska Street 🎷

After the unforgettable evening this summer that turned Cetinjska Street into a little New Orleans, Glen David Andrews returns to Bluz i Pivo on September 25!

The evening begins as befits the city Glen comes from — with a Second Line parade through Cetinjska Street, featuring brass players, rhythm, dance and an energy that erases the boundary between performers and the audience. Join us for a walk starting at 7 PM that will lead us together to the club, where a concert to remember awaits.

Born and raised in the historic Treme neighborhood, the cradle of New Orleans jazz, Glen David Andrews is one of the most exciting representatives of the city’s contemporary scene. A trombonist, singer and charismatic showman, he comes from the famous Andrews musical family, which also includes his cousin Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews.

Throughout his career he has played with ensembles such as Rebirth Brass Band, New Birth Brass Band and Treme Brass Band, and today he leads his own band that blends jazz, funk, soul, gospel, blues and the unmistakable spirit of New Orleans.

His concerts are not just performances — they are celebrations of music. Expect improvisation, sing-alongs, dancing and an energy that turns every show into a unique experience.

Glen David Andrews has performed on the world’s most important festivals and stages, including Montreux Jazz Festival, Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, Jazz à Vienne, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Lincoln Center, Blue Note NYC and Kennedy Center.
