Hidden Belgrade: meet the Belgrade you haven’t seen yet!

Walk-through inner courtyards, railways in odd places, hidden masterpiece building entries, Roman artefacts and a cave in the midst of the downtown area. This is Belgrade you don’t see although you walk past it daily.

Let’s explore the hidden beauties and wonders of the city centre: the rarely-visited inner courtyards, the secret passages, the ancient ruins and the faded charm of the lost aristocracy. We’ll finish this 3-hour city tour inside a real cave!

Belgrade has exciting history but most of it lies beneath the surface. Taking you on the journey to discover its hidden gems: Andja Savic, a Belgrader and a professional tour guide, and Anna Rostokina, a philologist specialized in Serbian culture and a Belgrade-lover who relentlessly explores the city.

The number of participants is limited!

• 🗺️Itenerary: downtown area, from Knez Mihailova st. down toward the Sava river
• 🕒Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours (depending on the group)

• 📍Meeting spot: Republic square, monument to Prince Mihailo (“at the horse”)

• This is a long walking tour. Please make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
• Please carry on a bottle of water.
• Depending on the weather an umbrella or sunscreen might be a good idea.
• The tour ends in a cave. The temperature inside is lower than outside. Please make sure to have a sweatshirt or a jacket with you.
