IAMX is the solo musical project of British artist Chris Corner, a former member of the trip-hop group Sneaker Pimps. IAMX's music combines dark electronica, synth-pop, industrial, and art rock, with special attention to the visual side - videos, stage costumes, and light performances. IAMX's live performances are intense theatrical shows, where Chris Corner often appears in makeup, masks, and costumes, creating an atmosphere of post-industrial cabaret.
