Identities Beyond Borders is an international project dedicated to rethinking identity in today's world, which is immersed in environmental crises, migration processes, geopolitical instability, and cultural divisions.
The project was conceived as a traveling exhibition and has already been presented in Berlin, Vilnius, and Valletta. Over time, the project has exceeded its initial scope due to the urgency of the topics it addresses and the significant interest it has generated internationally.
The DOTS Gallery will be the first venue for the expanded version of the project, where three artists will present their site-specific installations. In dialogue with Belgrade, whose history is linked to transformations and shifting borders, the exhibition will open up a space for reflection on the interconnection between the past and the present, as well as on the ways in which individual and collective identity is formed.
The exhibition will run until March 7.🖼
