Description
This time we'll head to the stone arches of Vratna Canyon.
Scientists believe that long ago there was a giant stone tunnel here, which left behind a beautiful gorge and several unusual stone arches — they don't look like a natural formation. That's why they are called one of the wonders of Serbia.
By the way, these stone arches are considered the highest in Europe.
The nature here is exceptionally picturesque:
throughout the year Vratna can be a fast mountain river or a small stream,
but you'll always be able to listen to birdsong and observe the inhabitants of this untouched corner of nature.
The journey is long — more than 3 hours, but believe us, it's worth it.
