International Book Fair at Belgrade’s SAJAM (October 23–31)

The book fair is one of the region’s most significant cultural events, bringing together hundreds of publishers from Serbia, the region, and other countries every year. In addition to a wide selection of books—with booths spanning four entire pavilions—visitors can look forward to Q&A sessions with authors, presentations of new releases, roundtable discussions, lectures on philosophy, sociology, and art, as well as open discussions.

Guest of Honor

This year’s Guest of Honor will be Tunisia, with a large-scale national program that brings together Arab, Mediterranean, and African cultural traditions. The country’s central booth will host book presentations by Tunisian authors, historians, and poets, whose landmark works have been specially translated into Serbian.
