About the Show
- This is not a production of one of his famous comedies, but a show about Molière himself: his youth, his love for the theater, his struggle for the right to practice his art, his relationships with loved ones, and his search for his own path.
- The project’s creator is Dove Attia, the writer and producer of the French musicals “Mozart, l’Opéra Rock” and “Le Roi Soleil.”
- “Molière, l’Opéra Urbain” combines the historical atmosphere of 17th-century France with contemporary music, choreography, and grand stage design.
- The production features over 60 performers, vibrant costumes, dance numbers, and stage effects.
Dates and Venue
- The performance will be staged on two consecutive evenings in the Grand Blue Hall of Sava Centar.
