At this meeting we will talk about the origins of puppet theatre in the USSR and Europe, contemporary directing practices and artists who work with the puppet as a full-fledged instrument of modern theatre. Why is puppet theatre important for adults, what is the role of puppets in Freud's philosophy, and what is the difference between puppetry and puppet theatre? We will examine these and other questions in the lecture Puppet Theatre for Adults.
