They Are No More

HARTEFACT HOUSE

After over four years of artistic research process, our new play "They Are No More" examines the questions of responsibility, forgetting, and solidarity using a hybrid theatrical form. Director Andrej Nosov's authorial project is based on the drama by author Doruntina Basa. The play features performances by Mirjana Karanovic, Svetozar Cvetkovic, and Alban Ukaj, with participation from Maja Salkic, Davor Sabo, Kemal Rizvanovic, Matea Mavrak, Hana Zrno, Sanin Milavic, Faruk Hajdarevic, Alen Konjicija, Natalia Dmitrieva, and Dino Hamidovic. The play is produced in collaboration with Hartefact (Serbia), Sarajevo War Theatre SARTR (BiH), and My Balkans (USA, Serbia), in cooperation with La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club (USA), Ibsen Scope (Norway), and Allianz Foundation (Germany). The play is translated into English. Due to the abundance of audio content, the play is currently not accessible to hearing-impaired individuals. We are working on making the play accessible in the future.
