They Are No Longer Here

HARTEFACT HOUSE

After more than four years of artistic research process, our new play "They Are No Longer Here" explores the question of responsibility, forgetfulness, and solidarity using a hybrid theatrical form. The author's project of director Andrej Nosov is based on the drama by author Doruntina Basha. The play stars Mirjana Karanović, Svetozar Cvetković, and Alban Ukaj, and also features Maja Salkić, Davor Sabo, Kemal Rizvanović, Matea Mavrak, Hana Zrno, Sanin Milavić, Faruk Hajdarević, Alen Konjicija, Natalia Dmitrieva, and Dino Hamidović. The play is produced in cooperation with Hartefakt (Serbia), Sarajevo War Theatre SARTR (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and My Balkans (USA, Serbia), in collaboration with La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club (USA), Ibsen Scope (Norway), and Allianz Foundation (Germany). The play is titled in English. Due to the abundance of sound content, the play is currently not adapted for people with hearing impairments. We are working on making the play accessible in the future.
