Practical seminar: "How to assess your team? And how to help your employees use the results of such an assessment. DIY Assessment"
Did you know that in two days you can identify the key competencies of a manager, assess their negotiation potential and understand with whom and under what conditions they can negotiate effectively? Special diagnostic methodologies are used for this, based on competencies recognized as significant at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
At the seminar we will go over the key criteria for selecting employees, managers and contractors.
