Rare Wines of Serbia

You've most likely never tried anything like this

I have a weakness for wines that don't resemble the rest. Not because they're expensive or trendy. But because they're... a little quirky.

There won't be any banal Chardonnay or Cabernet at this tasting.

Instead, there will be 6 wines:

• 🍇 the only Serbian Rkatsiteli;
• 🫧 a pét-nat from black Tamjanika;
• 🌸 a rosé with a mystery on the label from a very well-known Serbian;
• 💚 a rare Sauvignon Gris;
• 🍷 an organic Merlot from three vintages;
• 🟠 a macerated Tamjanika.

Each wine has its own story. Why was it made that way? What was the winemaker trying to say? Was it an experiment or a masterpiece? I'll talk about that, and we'll discuss the wines together.
