The music spectacle Rock Opera brings an extraordinary blend of symphonic and rock music and awaits you on May 25 at the Summer Stage Niš, in a powerful interpretation by Novi Sad Big Band, mixed choir, and orchestra. With spectacular scenery, lighting, and sound, this concert represents an exclusive musical event that pushes the boundaries of live performances of rock classics. After sold-out concerts throughout Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, and Montenegro, the Niš audience has the opportunity to experience the greatest rock hits of legendary bands in entirely new symphonic arrangements. The concert program includes 23 iconic hits performed by artists who have forever marked the global and domestic music scene of the 20th century. This concert revives the spirit of the authors and the golden age of rock music, bringing timeless anthems that have been an integral part of the musical heritage from the 70s until today. The mere thought of 50 performers performing timeless songs from Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Robbie Williams, Queen, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Van Halen, The Doors, Europe, Tina Turner, and other rock legends promises an unprecedented spectacle in this region.
