What to Expect

• Learning techniques (poi, staffs, double staffs)
• Working on planes, coordination, flexibility, and rhythm
• Strict safety protocols and first steps with real fire (ages 14 and up)

For Children (ages 8–12)

• Mondays and Fridays — 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
