Sometimes we live, almost without noticing how we move.
How we sit down, turn our head, raise our hand, what is inside us, what sensations are in the body at the moment.

Our body is always talking - even when we are silent.
It remembers what the mind has long erased, and knows how to feel what you can't explain in words.

Meetings where we will return to the language of the body. We will work with breathing, balance, attention. The body will become not an instrument, but a witness - to understand where you are calm, and where you should gently change the trajectory.
