Description
IT Connect Community Book Club Meeting
Where is the source of endless motivation? It seems to be a question everyone wants answered.
Daniel Pink in Drive shows how the same rewards, deadlines and 'musts' affect simple tasks differently than those that require thinking and creativity. He also explains why what has helped us work for years can, at some point, start to get in the way.
- Why do you approach some tasks with enthusiasm, but put others off, even if they are important?
- What really drives us to act?
- Can this be influenced?
