Girls, I know how annoying it is when it feels like the gym or home cardio brings no results. I know the feeling all too well — it took me ages to find what works for me! After trying tons of things, I am bringing you a list of truly effective approaches and methods. Do not worry, we will conquer fitness with ease 💪🏻
▪️Progressive overload
Gradually increase the weight, the number of reps, or the difficulty of your exercises. That is exactly how muscles get the stimulus to grow. The basics of the basics that work for many — but I could not leave it out.
▪️Strength + cardio
You do not have to pick just one. Strength training shapes your body, while cardio improves endurance and heart health.
▪️Interval training
Short but intense workouts are perfect if you are short on time and want to boost your overall fitness.
▪️The 80/20 method
80% of the result comes from consistent training, nutrition and sleep. The remaining 20% is exercise selection, protein and other little things.
▪️Track your progress
Write down your weights and reps, and take photos once a month. It often feels like nothing is changing, when in fact the changes are already there — we just do not notice them.
Remember: the most effective program is the one you can stick to for months.
