53rd FEST International Film Festival in Belgrade

The 53rd FEST International Film Festival will take place in Belgrade from October 2 to 11.🎥🍿

This year, FEST will be held under the slogan FEST – Ljubav koja traje, a reference to Dinko Tučaković’s documentary film, made to mark the festival’s 30th anniversary. Audiences will be treated to 115 films from 54 countries. The program will be divided into international and regional competitions, as well as separate selections of American and British independent films. Among the new sections are the historical selection “Farewell, 20th Century” and the TBC (Trash, Bizarre, Cult) late-night program for fans of experimental and provocative cinema.

The festival will open on October 2 at the Sava Center with the premiere of Lordan Zafranović’s film “Zlatni rez ’42 – Djeca Kozare”. The film tells the story of children at the Jasenovac camp in 1942.

The festival venues will be:
