A show for those who’ve already grown up. And for those who are just about to.

Based on the bestselling book of the same name by Анджелы Нанетти!

Тонино steps on stage to tell the story of his grandfather—funny, absurd, vividly alive. A story about a man who talked to trees, befriended a goose, taught his grandson to climb a cherry tree, and once explained why the people closest to us never really disappear.

«Мой дедушка был вишней» — a theatrical stand-up where humor unexpectedly turns into memory, and memory into a conversation about the people dearest to us.

It’s a show about the grandparents we love. About time, which always turns out to be shorter than we’d like. About a home that sometimes stays far away. And about how true closeness can’t be measured in kilometers.
