On Friday, June 5 at @kvaka22_catch22 you can expect an evening of contemporary improvised music and experimental sound, featuring three distinct original approaches that blend acoustic and electronic, composed and spontaneous. From hypnotic loop structures and ambient textures to improvisation on the edges of melody and noise, the concert brings together musicians who explore sound as a space for encounter, transformation and freedom.

Myshkin feat. Bengin

is a duo that combines electric sound and classical tradition in a live, improvisation-oriented performance. Radoslav Zdravković (Myshkin) and Aleksandra Bengin perform on guitar and cello, each building their own sonic layer with the help of loop pedals — two pedals synchronized via MIDI into one coherent whole. The program features compositions from Myshkin's original album Rediscovering, created under the influence of jazz fusion, early electronic music and progressive rock, which includes guest appearances by internationally known musicians such as Markus Reuter, Oz Noy and Andy Wood.

Miloš Dimitrijević and Bejzil Kol

meet on the open field of improvisation, playing at the edges of their instruments where melody meets aberration and extended technique. Artifacts lean on and transform each other, disappearing and returning altered. Various cimbalom and guitar lines intertwine, stumble and stretch into a nuanced and compelling sonic space.

Aleksandra Bengin - biography

is a cellist and composer from Belgrade whose work connects contemporary music, improvisation, experimental sound and live looping. In 2025 she released the album LET on Multimedia Music, continuing her interdisciplinary exploration between concert and performance. She will perform her music at Kvaka 22.
