"Architecture of Life" — a series of lectures and practices

Each session includes not only theory but also workbook exercises, practical exercises, and application to your own life. The topic of the next meeting is "Strategic Thinking in Life."

In this session

• 🤩 we will explore why the brain chooses the "here and now" over long-term perspective
• 🤩 we will form an image of your future self — a real anchor point for today's decisions
• 🤩 we will get acquainted with the experimental mindset — an approach that turns life into a space for testing and searching, rather than trying to get everything perfect on the first try

After the session you will have

• ✅ a clearer image of yourself in 3–5 years
• ✅ an understanding of which qualities and skills are important to develop right now
• ✅ a new perspective on goals and a task list cleaned of others' expectations

Series facilitators

• 🗣 Вероника Славина — ICF coach in personal effectiveness, has been running trainings for over 5 years, background in engineering. Works with procrastination, burnout, and systematic goal achievement
• 🗣 Вероника Сорин — psychologist, life strategist, founder of Mental Health Club. Works based on the neurophysiology of behavior using a CBT approach
