"Architecture of Life" — a series of lectures and practices
Sometimes life feels like a house that builds itself: it seems everything is there — but there is no support, wholeness or understanding of what holds it together. The task list grows faster than the results. Focus and energy appear and disappear. Even simple decisions begin to cause doubt... And at some point the question arises: "Am I living the right life?" Sound familiar?
"Architecture of Life" is a series of meetings where you will create a blueprint for your resilient, fulfilled life — taking into account resources, constraints and reality.
The series consists of 4 practice-oriented meetings:
- The Science of Attention (10 May)
- Strategic Thinking in Life (17 May)
- Beliefs and Finance (25 May)
- Practice "Your Life Blueprint" (31 May)
Each meeting is not only theory, but also workbook work, exercises and application to your own life.
Facilitators of the series:
- 🗣 Veronika Slavina — an ICF coach in personal effectiveness, has been running trainings for more than 5 years, with a background in engineering. Works with procrastination, burnout and systemic goal achievement
- 🗣 Veronika Sorin — psychologist, life strategist, founder of Mental Health Club. Works based on the neurophysiology of behavior using a CBT approach
The first meeting — already on 10 May: The Science of Attention
You can open your phone "for a minute" and lose 40 minutes. You can sit down for an important task and after 7 minutes already be thinking about something else.
In the architecture of life, attention is the foundation. And when this foundation becomes unstable, procrastination, distractibility and a feeling of loss of control appear.
In this meeting we will talk about:
- the neurobiology of attention,
- examine procrastination not as a problem of discipline but as an emotional reaction,
- and we will also consider the concept of GOMO — the conscious ability to let go of opportunities for intentional growth.
There will be a separate values practice — to see where your focus is actually directed and whether that choice was yours.
After this session you will have:
- ➡️ an understanding of how to maintain focus,
- ➡️ clarity on what triggers postponement and how to influence it,
- ➡️ and the identification of a priority direction for the next 7 days.
