Art Class During the Holidays

We invite children ages 6 and up to join our Holiday Art Class April 6–10 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

What’s on the agenda?

Mon, Apr 6

• We’ll make beaded and sequined figurines and pendants
• We’ll sew caterpillars and a snail, plus a mobile toy

Tue, Apr 7

• T-shirt painting (or other clothing)
• Buzz-Buzz Party: Let’s turn into insects. We’ll make our own paper insect costumes and have a Beetle-Boo dance party

Wed, Apr 8

• Making plaster magnets. We’ll learn the technique and paint the finished magnets
• Sewing a bird. We’ll listen to and act out scenes from popular classical music

Thu, Apr 9

• Decorating Easter eggs. Boiled and decorative
• Sewing a doll on a wire frame: Magical Forest Creatures—a fairy, gnome, or elf

Fri, Apr 10

• Making a "Moon" lamp
• "Sound Hunt" game-tour: listening to city sounds and creating our own sound city in the studio

Plus a tea break with treats and fruit

Cost: 2,000 dinars
