Balkan Film Directing Festival

The First edition of the Balkan Film Directing Festival (BFFR) will take place in Belgrade from June 10 to 14.🎥

The festival consists of three programs:

• "Balkan Awakening"
• "Cinema Secrets"
• "Return to Genre"

Each program will present a competition selection of eight films. The competition includes films from directors of different generations - from debut works of newcomers to films by experienced authors who continue to explore the boundaries of cinematography and language of expression.

The festival will take place at three venues: MTS dvorana, Dom omladine, and Bioskop Zvezda.

The festival will conclude with an award ceremony.🏆In addition to the main award, the jury will also award a Special Prize for outstanding achievements in the following areas:

• Acting
• Screenplay
• Editing
• Cinematography
• Music
• Set Design
• Costume Design
• Sound Design
