OCTOBER 23
- 23 October, Friday, 23:00 — Mr. Ho, Doo, Ognjem, Vitanov, Stellarcompanion, Karmakoma
OCTOBER 23 | One of Belgrade's most influential collectives — the one that roamed the city's dance floor savannas before the new species took over — @beyondhousebelgrade is celebrating 15 years of existence with Tresor and Mihn resident, Mr. Ho (@mrhodj).
Maintaining that kind of curation in the plastic age takes a lot of nerve, and founding members Doo (@doo_undoo) and Ognjem (@ogi_ognjem) return with their on-off member Vitanov (@louisvitanov), BH 2.0 member Stellarcompanion (@stellarcompanion), and special guest Mr. Ho from China!
As co-owner of the Klasse Wrecks label (alongside Luca Lozano), Mr. Ho gets his hands on fresh productions ahead of most. As a producer, each of his releases takes a diverse approach, and some of the labels that said yes to that include Cabaret Recordings, Clone Permanent Vacation, and Gudu, as well as his own Klasse Wrecks.
With a background in turntablism, Mr. Ho eats the mix for breakfast. While some call it natural, we know the hours put into the craft.
Bring the presents, bring confetti. We're blowing candles!
