In Dunavski Park as part of the 'Books on Pillows' project, stories of the legendary Swedish writer about children living in the small Swedish village Bullerbyn and their exciting adventures will be read out.

Main idea of the book

Childhood is the most carefree and happiest time. The work teaches mutual help and friendship, as well as love for animals.

Special attention

Special attention during readings will be given to the illustrations by Ilon Wikland, the beloved artist of Astrid Lindgren.

🗣️ Read by Tatyana Barnyak, an actress of the St. Petersburg theater group metazero, a theater educator and culturologist with ten years of experience working with artistic language and stage speech.

About the 'Books on Pillows' project

📚 'Books on Pillows' is a project for Russian-speaking children aged 3+ and their parents, the mission of which is to introduce new books to children, instill a love for reading, popularize 'live' readings, and old-fashioned literature.
