Exhibition opening: Thursday, April 9 at 7 PM

The exhibition opening the new season at Kula gallery is Katarina Marković's photography exhibition, "Dear Eros."

The central idea of the exhibition is the fantasy of Eros, not as a mythical being, but as a force that simultaneously creates and destroys.

"I have created a myth about you" raises the question of Eros as a projection, a longing, and the need to shape the elusive into an image.

Katarina Marković's works often emerge from the space between sadness and passion, which come from the same place in the body. Here, Eros and desire are connected with solitude, as a state in which we are most honest with our own fantasies.

The exhibition was curated in collaboration with Ana Vučet.
The exhibition is for sale, and prices for the exhibited works are available at the Kula Art Shop. You can also find other selected works by Katarina Marković at the Kula Art Shop.

Gallery hours are Wednesday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM.
