African Short Film Festival
On September 19 and 20, the Museum of African Art will host the African Short Film Festival.
Festival Program
- Over the course of two days, audiences will be treated to short films (up to 40 minutes) from various parts of Africa. The festival program will bring together a variety of genres covering historical and contemporary themes, ranging from dramas to children’s animated films.
- On the first day of the festival, there will be a discussion with Ivana Nimoh, the producer of the poetic film Goodbye, Wind, inspired by the life of Kwame Nkrumah, the Ghanaian leader and independence fighter.
- All screenings will be in English with English subtitles.
