Identities Beyond Borders 🎨🖼
"Identities Beyond Borders" is an international project dedicated to reimagining identity in the modern world, immersed in ecological crises, migration processes, geopolitical instability, and cultural fractures.
The project is conceived as a traveling exhibition and has already been presented in Berlin, Vilnius, and Valletta. Over time, the project has surpassed its initial framework due to the sharpness of the themes addressed, as well as the considerable interest it has generated at an international level.
The DOTS Gallery will be the first venue for the extended version of the project, where three female artists will present their site-specific installations. In dialogue with Belgrade, a city whose history is linked to transformations and shifting borders, the exhibition will open space for reflections on the interplay between the past and the present, as well as on ways of shaping individual and collective identity.
The exhibition will run until March 7. 🖼
