Free Children's Workshops – A Language Adventure Through Words, Play, and Different Languages for Children Ages 6+

How do you say "hello" in Hungarian, French, or Spanish? And how do you count in different European languages?

As part of the European Day of Languages celebration, the Language Through Play workshop, organized by the European House, City of Children, and the Institute for Foreign Languages, takes children on a fun journey through the languages of Europe through play, music, creative activities, and socializing.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about different European languages through greetings and counting, creating a picture dictionary, songs and nursery rhymes, as well as short interactive quizzes.

The workshops are designed with content tailored to the age and dynamics of the group, and the goal is for children to discover Europe's linguistic diversity in an interesting and engaging way and to learn their first words in different languages.

The workshops will be held over four Saturdays in September, from 11 AM to 1 PM, at the European House.
