You are invited to watch and discuss George Miller's drama "Three Thousand Years of Longing" (2022) at the film club.

Linguist Alithea arrives in Istanbul to give a series of lectures. In one of the souvenir shops she buys a glass bottle and, while trying to clean it, a real djinn appears before her. Alithea doesn't rush to wish for three things; she is more interested in hearing his story. The djinn begins his tale.

Starring Tilda Swinton and Idris Elba.
