Here are descriptions of artists from around the world who brought their heresies to the exhibition!

Artists

• Нада Лопардина
  Zodiac sign: Gemini

  Co-founder of Radionitsa, a researcher of perishable bodies and immortal souls. A hereditary "hole-worshipper" — Nada’s ancestors prayed “into the hole.” Nada’s relics — plaster casts of the last garlic bulb, a sprig of her grandmother’s geranium, her mother’s voice, a little ball from a fence, a pebble from a left shoe — will assemble into the installation 'In Search of One's Own Hole'. The artist claims that all human convictions are heresy, every single one of them, including this one.

• Миха Мутабор
  Zodiac sign: Leo

  He moved from canvas to constructions made of corrugated cardboard. Of himself he said:

  I am a mythical expressionist.
  Miha’s art is, in essence, heresy. A demiurge and myth-maker, he turns everyday objects into cult items. He restores meanings that never existed. He worked in Russia and now works in Serbia. He says a bad rakija gives a smaller hangover than bad art.

• Артемий Максимау
  Zodiac sign: Aquarius

  Артемий Максимау is a porcelain artist and a punk. He is blacklisted. They threw him into the water and he did not drown. They showered him with curses and he did not fall asleep. He would light a cigarette from burning glances. And when they shouted, “Beat him!”, he created a series of porcelain characters armed with baseball bats. A seasoned heretic. At the exhibition he reflects on the connection to the divine in the digital age.

  Zodiac sign: Scorpio

  She works in sculpture — both ceramic and social. She crossed the ocean, gave birth to a daughter in the pampas under the roar of jaguars. She returned north — to the banya, the snow and the howling of dogs. A yacht captain, performer, and anthropologist. She inherits folk traditions: sprinkles the earth with vodka, mixes blood with milk, and wears a five-cent coin under her heel. At the exhibition she will present tears — one of the few weighty arguments we still have left.
