• a short lecture and interesting facts about the features of the national cuisine by Beogradski guide — a local guide and carrier of Serbian mentality
• tasting of specialties (Pirot kačkavalj, peglana kobasica, džubek cheese and ajvar)

Under the guidance of chef Vladislav

• you will prepare traditional dishes such as:
  • Morava salad
  • Leskovac mućkalica
  • cherry pie (pita with sour cherries)

About the masterclass

The culinary masterclass includes preparing a series of dishes under the guidance of the head chef and a subsequent dinner. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. Recipes and photos will be sent to masterclass guests within 7–14 days.
