❗Announcement 🍷 "So Many Different Rosés" Wine Picnic

Rosé isn’t necessarily a light, pale pink wine that girls drink chilled on terraces in the summer.

It’s a distinct category of wine that encompasses a variety of styles.

Let’s explore all these styles using rare Serbian wines as examples—right here at the picnic!

We’ll gather right on the grass and taste 7 completely different rosé wines:

Picnic Program

• 🌸 A light, Provençal-style rosé
• 🥂 A rosé pet-nat
• 🍾 Sparkling rosé made using the traditional method
• 🍷 Two varieties of Serbian ružica—a local wine specialty
• ⚪🔴 a rosé made by blending white and red grape varieties
• 🍷 and the first Serbian claret

In other words, we’ll cover everything from a delicate summer rosé to a wine that’s practically red.

We’ll explore why rosé can vary so much, how it’s made, where its color comes from, how “ružica” differs from the rosé we’re used to, and where exactly the line between pink and red lies.

But this is, after all, a picnic, not a lecture.
So let’s sit on the grass, drink from proper wine glasses, enjoy appetizers specially paired with the wines (I’ll even bake something for dessert), and figure out which rosé is right for you.
